In these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), "we" or "us" means Betty Casino, "you" means you, our customer, "Product(s)" refers to any product sold through the website owned and operated by us.
These Terms govern your use of the Product(s) and constitute a binding agreement between us and you. By using or ordering Products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as may be amended by us from time to time. If you do not wish to accept these Terms in their entirety, please leave this site immediately.
The Product(s) are described accurately on the website. However, we reserve the right to change the design, packaging or material specifications of any Product without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to order from us. When you place an order with us, your payment will be processed immediately and we will not accept cancellation of orders after they have been confirmed by us. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administration fee for cancelled or returned Products.
All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars ("CAD") and include applicable sales taxes as required by law. Prices do not include delivery costs, which will be advised at time of order placement.
Delivery times and charges are available upon request from us. We strive to deliver all Products within a reasonable timeframe but shall have no liability for late or non-delivery of any Product due to circumstances beyond our control.
You may return any defective or unwanted Products under the Consumer Protection Act, S.C. 2002, c.29, as amended from time to time, and applicable Provincial Laws ("CPA"). All returns must be made in accordance with these Terms. Any returns that are not made in accordance with these Terms may incur a reasonable administration fee.
Warranty
We warrant the Products against defects of material or workmanship for 1 year after delivery date (the "Warranty Period"), provided they have been used and maintained normally, and according to their instructions. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or other factors.
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the supply, installation or maintenance of Products sold hereunder. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts and in no way does this limit any rights you may have under CPA.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Canadian law. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively through the courts of Canada as stipulated by the Act respecting the National Assembly, R.S.Q., c.A-23.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice, so please check our website regularly for updates.
